High-performance liquid chromatography
MALDI is an excellent method to determine the presence of the desired product but it is not sufficient to determine purity. Therefore, all non-crude peptides must be analyzed by reversed-phase HPLC(RP-HPLC) to determine the purity. Other QC analyses can be performed, such as amino acid analysis, NMR, CE, and peptide content determination to confirm the quality of customized peptides.
